Dipper Cottage overlooks Torver beck and shares private access to Coniston Water

Formed from the original wheelhouse of the mill, Dipper cottage has a wonderful outlook straight onto the rocky waterfalls of the beck. The front door enters at first floor level into a beamed entrance hall off which lie the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and looks out over the beck. The second bedroom has twin beds.
Quaint winding stairs lead down to an attractive and carefully thought-out open-plan living area comprising a smart new fitted kitchen with heated floor, dining table and comfy seating with TV. The low window-seat has a great view straight out onto the pretty falls. Bird lovers will enjoy watching out for wagtails or a dipper, bobbing about on the rocks.

The smart fitted kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge (with freezer compartment). After dinner, recline on comfy leather sofas. The cottage is heated throughout with electric radiators (electricity cost included in rental). The bathroom has a powerful shower over a bath, WC, washbasin, and a heated towel rail.
