Formed from the lower storey of the original Mill building, Robin cottage is all on one level and has a small but private south-facing garden with seating and a barbecue. Approached down a flight of old stone steps (alternative path avoids the steps), the front door leads into a small entrance hall, off which lie the main living area, bathroom and one of the bedrooms.  The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge (with small freezer compartment).  There's a dining table to seat 4, and comfy reclining leather sofas arranged around a mock-flame electric fire and the TV. The cottage is heated throughout with digital electric radiators (electricity cost included in rental).  The bathroom has a shower over a bath, WC, washbasin, and a heated towel rail.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed; double in the annex. Both have bedside lighting and tables and ample drawer and hanging space. The separate bedroom has a great view straight out onto the pretty waterfalls backed by trees and shrubs on the far side of the beck. The garden has a small lawn and is quite private, tucked down away from the path down to the lake.
