How to Book
See the table below for availability. Changeover is a Friday unless stated otherwise, but short breaks are often available from Friday, Monday or Tuesday. Please call to discuss requirements.

Linen, towels, all fuel costs, WiFi are all included in the price. There is no charge for dogs (not to be left unattended in the property). Canoe hire is an optional extra at £50 per canoe per stay, including paddles and buoyancy aids. Use of the EV charge point (7kW Type 2 socket) - price confirmed at time of stay. We do not permit smoking inside any of the Cottages.

We will send you a Booking Form, which has our full terms and conditions, and further information about your stay. To secure your booking, a £200 deposit is required within 5 days. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. We prefer payment by online bank transfer. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance in case you have to cancel.
You can arrive any time after 3.00pm and we ask you to leave by 10.00am so that our cleaners can make the place ready for the next guests.
